Information can change
We check listings against the venues’ own published information, but opening hours, menus, prices, services and ownership change — sometimes without notice. Each listing shows when its hours were last checked. Before you rely on something important, such as whether a place is open before a ferry sailing, whether you can book, or whether food is safe for an allergy or dietary need, confirm it with the venue.
Not advice or endorsement
A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement, and the absence of a venue is not a judgement about it. We don’t rank venues or publish ratings. Dietary options are listed as the venue states them and are not an allergen guarantee.

Links to venues’ websites, menus, ordering and booking pages, Google Maps and other sites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information.
Liability
The site is provided free and as is. To the extent New Zealand law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from use of the information here, including a venue being closed when the listing suggested it would be open. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded.
